The Chicago Pneumatic CPVSd 25D TM is a 25hp variable speed direct drive compressor with integrated refrigerated air dryer and is mounted on a 132 gallon receiver tank. This 25hp VSD compressor allows you to save operating costs when your application does not require the compressor's full capacity. The ES4000 microprocessor controller automatically maintains your desired system pressure and provides only the air that your system requires on a smooth consistent basis. Variable speed technology coupled with a direct drive transmission results in energy savings of up to 30%. The CPVSd 25D TM compressor can function as a stand-alone machine or networked to a base-load compressor where it can function as a trim machine.
This CPVSd 25D TM is a 25hp varible speed drive compressor. It is rated to displace up to 125.1 cfm and will regulate its output between 28-125.1 cfm depending on your plants requirement and pressure setpoint. You can easily adjust the pressure via the microprocessor controller.
The CPVSd 25D TM series is managed by the ES4000 Advanced, an electronic control unit programmed for energy saving operation with intelligent shutdown. The ES4000 Advanced control can be programmed to shutdown in accordance with your plant air demand and reduce long periods of unloaded operation, reducing power cost. The ES4000 Advanced control feature can save a customer thousands of dollars per year.
Compressed air drives your processes and with it, the operational efficiency and performance of your company. With this principle in mind, Chicago Pneumatic has designed the CPVSd, a range of variable speed, oil-injected screw compressors with IP55 TEFC motor technology to offer your business a compressed air solution that adds value and saves you money at the same time.

Scotch splicing tape 130C is compatible with common polymeric insulation and has high thermal conductivity which allows for cooler splices.

- Clean cable
- Apply tape with tacky side up.
- Stretch tape and apply ½-lapped to form smooth, void-free splice. Wrap tightly in critical areas.
- Added splice protection is provided by wrapping it with two ½-lapped layers of Scotch Super 33+ Vinyl Electrical Tape or Scotch Vinyl Electrical Tape Super 88 or 22.
Note: Scotch Splicing tape can be highly elongated. The more stretch, the less chance of voids. Even when elongated, it does not lose its electrical characteristics.
