Graco Launches New Stellair & Stellair ACE Spray Guns

Effective September 16th, 2024, Graco, a pioneer in the industrial, manufacturing, and processing industry, launched their new Stellair™ and Stellair ACE™ air spray guns. Made for superior ergonomics, serviceability, and performance, the Stellair™ and Stellair ACE™ is the only industrial spray gun line to achieve the Ergonomics Performance Certification from United States Ergonomics, a company that specializes in productivity gains and worker safety through product and workplace ergonomic enhancements.

Graco Stellair™ Air Spray Guns

These have an aluminum metal construction and weighs 14.46 oz, making them among the lightest industrial spray guns on the market. They provide industrial painters with increased ergonomics, performance, and serviceability they need to excel at their jobs. These are manual pressur spray guns available in HVLP (high volume low pressure), conventional, and compliant technologies.

A 1/2 turn connect removes the air cap so you can quickly change out the one-piece fluid cartridge. Easy replacement of the two-piece needle also increases uptime between maintenance intervals. Lastly, a direct fluid path means these guns flush super easy and cleanly with less solvent, saving you money on materials and waste disposal.

Graco Stellair ACE™ Spray Guns

The Stellair ACE™ offer the same benefits as the Stellair™, but weigh only 7.4 ounces, making the ACE™ models nearly 50% lighter than almost any other manual pressure feed spray gun available. This is due to its unique but durable carbon reinforced polymer construction. The Stellair ACE uses up to 25% less muscle effort than comparable industrial spray guns.

Graco invited twelve professional painters to participate in testing by United States Ergonomics that recorded how their trained muscles reacted to using four different industrial air spray guns, including the Stellair™ and Stellair ACE™. They asked these professional painters, not employed by Graco, what they thought of each gun in the test they participated in.
